Rate limits

The Data Extraction (DEx API) utilizes 2 sets of rate limits:

• When calling the Get access token endpoint or the first 10,000 records (2 pages) of any other DEx API endpoint, the rate limit is 100 calls/min per API client
• When calling any other DEx API endpoint beyond the first 10,000 records (3 pages or more), the rate limit is 1 call/day/page per API client and it resets at midnight UTC

Kallidus reserves the right to change the rate limit or throttle usage at any time to ensure fair use for all customers.
